PAPER PRESENTATIONS

The purpose of the paper presentation session was to facilitate an exchange of diverse perspectives on the intersections of climate change with gender, governance, adaptation, and disaster risk reduction. By showcasing research from national and international contributors, the session encouraged discussion on innovative, inclusive approaches to sustainability and climate resilience, particularly for vulnerable communities.

Summary of the Activity

For the paper presentation, 100+ abstracts were received from national and international sources to be included in the conference out of which 18 were presented on the main day.

Researchers from various backgrounds contributed insights into topics such as sustainable resource management, the role of women in climate resilience, and community-driven adaptation strategies in Pakistan and beyond.
